Real estate sales are about the people and their needs, not about the house. Judd will always take the time to discuss what you, the seller, want to achieve with the sale of your home.
Whether moving across town, to another city in New Zealand or across the world, the challenges are complex and unfamiliar for most and Judd can help navigate this process as seamlessly as possible.
Having started his real estate career in 1995 after being a farmer in South Otago and prior to this, in North Canterbury, Judd has deep roots in New Zealand and loves the country and the people who live here. Judd’s easy-going, friendly demeanour belie a fastidiousness for detail - he doesn’t tolerate sloppiness in his own work or others’. Kim Dobier is Judd’s personal assistant and completes what is a great team. Kim is always available with her extremely helpful and friendly nature and will follow up on those wee jobs to ensure all runs smoothly.
Sharing information about the industry and the real estate market are among Judd’s favourite pastimes. As Dunedin’s only ambassador to the Real Estate Institute of New Zealand, Judd routinely shares his perspectives and knowledge with others keen to understand market trends.
Anyone looking for a real estate expert to help sell their property MUST talk with Judd de la Roche.
