The Sands on the Ocean View Strip

My vendors comments when asked about their time at The Sands: "Simply an amazing tenure here and that sums it up - we are very sad to be leaving." Comments I can indeed relate to considering I live just a few houses along and am also a fan of this unique seaside strip of land that neighbours the sea and sand.

Every day seems like a holiday when the sea is so close and the crashing of the waves ushers you to sleep at night. The front door opens via French doors to the west garden and the veranda is a tranquil spot for an afternoon cuppa. This front door opens internally to the second living area which the owners refer to affectionately as the 'snug' - a good place for the second TV.

The double garage is very generous and has oodles of workshop space - it definitely qualifies as a modern 'man cave'.

The Sands now awaits a new family. If you need to get back in touch with nature, break those shackles of work at day's end and retreat to a place that your family will simply love, you need to visit me at the scheduled open homes. Go for a walk on the beach afterwards and get used to what would be an everyday pleasure.
